Our first course of Leadership Development -

Our second course of Leadership Development - 

 

Understand your character and how to improve yourself on your leadership journey. It is fulfilling when you are growing and moving forward. Mikel asks us to take a look at ourselves and embrace the things that make us great! Sounds easy enough, right? The best leaders know what makes them great and how to harness that greatness to move the needle forward. 


These video lessons are broken down into three segments: Greatness, Weakness & Vulnerability.  We will be covering the following topics:

Understanding the Tribal Needs of Man(kind) 

 

 What do we really need to be happy? To be Successful?  Simply to be accepted, to be validated, to know that we are moving forward.  This simple list can be transferred into your business and we are going to explain how! 
In the Pay Homage to the King 1 & 2, we focus on you, your character, how you are maneuvering. Pay Homage to the King 3 focuses on your team and how you are interacting with them.  How are you transferring your knowledge to the team and helping them to grow? We walk you through 8 steps you can take to start doing that now.
