My biggest takeaway was Learning to Listen and fully understand when a problem is brought to you. Know when to speak and when to listen. Then break it down into the 4 items of how to solve a problem in a meeting situation. Learn to execute the items in a timely manner that holds not only me as a leader accountable, but making sure those on my team have that same accountability.
